a mud room makeover

i chose the "asparagus" green because it matched my plastic drawers and my grandaddy's retro stool. it also mixed well with all the black and white fake tiles, and the many random things i've spray painted blue... i just noticed it is the same color as the blog background too.
yes, that is a TV in the photo above. i've seen every episode of "little house on the prairie" so many times that i don't need to watch while throwing pots, i can just listen and know exactly what's going on. it comes on four times a day on the hallmark channel. best show in the world!
i really really love my little towel rack i finally got to hang (on the left). it is the perfect piece for easy-access to wiping the mud off my hands when i need to answer the phone while throwing pottery... i know that sounds very distracting but hey, sometimes jesse is in far-off countries and only calls once in two weeks. coming very soon... before and after photos of my newest creations. i will be glazing and firing within the week. very exciting! stay tuned...
